Associates for Training & Development

The Senior Community Service Employment program provides skills training that will allow older workers to transfer into full or part time unsubsidized employment.
This program fosters and promotes useful part-time community services assignments for persons with low incomes who are 55 years old or older, while promoting transition to unsubsidized employment. Services provided include up to 1,300 hours per year of part-time community service assignments, job training and related educational opportunities for placement in unsubsidized jobs. Community service assignments include social, health, welfare and educational services.
