AGING, OFFICE FOR THE
Clinton County Office for the Aging and NY Connects is providing service by telephone at 518-565-4620 from 8 am to 5 pm weekdays, excluding holidays. Information and assistance accessing programs and services is available, some staff working remotely. Face-to-face meetings are on an as-needed basis only.
Senior fitness programs offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension have been moved online as of April 6, 2020. The link for more information is http://cceclinton.org/fitness.

AARP Tax Preparation Program held at the Senior Council is closed until further notice.
Senior Citizens Council has cancelled activities, but are available by phone and for the medical equipment loan program for emergencies
Senior Outreach Program through JCEO is still providing services with most staff working remotely, clients are primarily being assisted via telephone, face-to-face in person assistance is only available when there is no other means and will be limited to crisis situations involving food, heat, or medication
Rural Transportation Program through JCEO continues to provide transportation for seniors to medical appointments and kidney dialysis (KDU)
Personal care provided through North Country Home Services, for the Office for the Aging’s Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program, is continuing at this time.
Home delivered meals provided through the Senior Citizens Council are have continued, expanding to serve additional clients. No contact delivery is used whenever possible.
The Airport administration office can be reached at 518-565-4795 and is open Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM while operating under reduced staffing to comply with current directives.
Staff are cleaning the Airport to ensure a safe environment for airport stakeholders and traveling public.
Airlines continue to adjust their schedules and have canceled multiple flights for April.
Passengers should contact their airline for the most current flight information and other travel related questions.

The Airport Restaurant has suspended operations due to decreased passenger traffic.
BOARD OF ELECTIONS
Office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
Absentee Applications and Registration Forms available outside our door and will be processed upon completion.
There will be no restrictions for voter ability to register, change political Party, change address or request absentee ballots for any of the upcoming Elections.

Some regular bus routes in Plattsburgh will be reopening for limited hours starting Monday August 3rd.
“Rural Zone” Dial-a-Ride service will be operating. Call 518-561-1452 to make arrangements.

MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES
Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm for walk-ins, crisis and regularly scheduled face-to-face and televisual appointments. After hours televisual appointments are available.
Visitation is not allowed.
Employees, vendors and contracted professional staff are being screened prior to access to the nursing home.
