The Skilled Nursing Facility at CVPH is home to 35 residents. A total of 35 reside on 6 Main. Accommodations include 35 private rooms, one main dining room, a large activity room and a smaller activity room, and a laundry. Both living areas are equipped with auditory alarms to provide a safe environment for ambulatory residents who might wander. All residents benefit from multidisciplinary care plans that are updated routinely. Residents are also encouraged to eat in the communal dining room, participate in activities and dress in their personal clothing. However, individual preferences are honored. |
